Welcome to New Otley Medical Practice and The Family Practice

Our Team

In 2022 The New Otley Road Medical Practice and The Family Practice merged. The New Otley Road Medical Practice is the primary site and is based at Hillside Bridge Health Centre in BD3. The Family Practice is our branch site and is based at Whetley Medical Centre in BD8. Both sites are managed by the same team.

We are a friendly, approachable, forward-thinking practice, committed to offering the best service to our patients. We strive to provide high quality GP services by keeping up to date with current guidelines and research. We have award winning medical staff consisting of both female and male GP’s, Pharmacists, Nurses and Healthcare Assistants. The Administration Team are equally highly skilled consisting of secretaries, receptionists,  Office Team Leaders, Business and Practice Manager. We have a very close working relationship with our district nursing and health visiting teams which allows us to provide high quality care to our patients. The practice has its own Social Prescribing team that patients can ask to be referred into.

Serving You

Our dedicated team are here to treat those minor ailments that occur as well as providing specialist management of long-term conditions and clinics covering a wide range of healthcare issues. The technology also means you can now do a lot of things from the comfort of your home such as order a repeat prescription or cancel an appointment.
